Drive project execution by managing timelines, tracking milestones, and implementing solutions to ensure on-time delivery. Strategically allocate engineering and lab resources based on project complexity and technical requirements-Lead an engineer team responsible for delivering end-to-end validation solutions for multiple key products and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting throughout the validation lifecycle- Hands-on post-silicon bench validation and characterization for analog and mixed-signal ICs usingbench equipment such as Oscilloscopes, SMUs, DMMs, power supplies, function generators, etc. DUTstypically include DC-DC switching regulators, LDO, bandgap, WPC, SAR ADC, clocks, GPIO, USB, etc- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts and validation setups using Python and LabVIEW. Engineer custom test fixtures to optimize automation efficiency and accuracy-Define SOP processes for DVT from scratch improving test coverage consistency and reducing onboarding time for new engineers. Drive standardization and cross-functional alignment across Design, Firmware, Quality, Product Engineering teams and Test Engineering teams, resulting in streamlined validation cycles and improved cross-functional efficiency- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including design, systems, and PE/ATE engineering—to align validation strategy with product goals. Analyze and interpret complex validation data, generating comprehensive reports with clear, actionable insights to drive design improvements and product readiness.
