Xiaohu Fan PhD, PE, DBIA is Senior Division Manager for AtkinsRealis Rail & Transit Business in the Northeast including the Mid-Atlantic region and New York Metro Area and with rich experience in vertical and horizontal transportation realms including facilities, bridges, rail, and transit. His recent work encompasses large-scale design-bid-build and design-build infrastructure projects. Xiaohu is proficient with both capturing and delivering new designs and rehabilitation of civil infrastructure.
