I am a positive, outgoing and hard working person always desiring to help others!I recently graduated in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have gained a great interest in Human Resources through my work experience and education at BYU-Idaho. Through my current work and past work experience I have had many opportunities in assisting managers through the hiring process for staff and administration employment at Brigham Young University-Idaho, apply and follow employment laws, learn the various Workday systems and many more. My greatest desire is to continuously learn more about HR to best help businesses grow and succeed.In my life I have had the opportunity to meet different people from a variety of countries while living in Europe and America. This has allowed me to gain a greater respect and love for different cultures and customs. Putting a smile on someone face is what I live for, always bringing a positive energy wherever I am. I have the great ability to listen and communicate with others allowing me to know how to best help and work with people.
