I\'m Xheni (Jenny), a Project Manager who believes the best projects are driven by both emotional intelligence and hands-on technical execution.Very early in school, classmates would navigate toward me whenever the teacher announced,\"For this course, you\'ll deliver a group project.\" I became the default project leader, and that didn\'t scare me. I actually loved it. I loved bringing together the team, laying out requirements, building a plan, and driving toward the goal. What I didn\'t realize then was that this pull toward leadership wasn\'t just about organizing tasks—it was about reading people, building trust, and solving problems in real-time.From DevOps Engineer to Hands-On PMDuring my years as a DevOps Engineer at Deutsche Börse, colleagues and managers noticed my instinct for project management. I was trusted to lead a $450K initiative relocating the company\'s largest physical data center assets. This 18-month project involved 5 teams across 4 European countries: developers, business owners, asset managers, network providers, and IT leadership.What made it succeed was my direct involvement. I debugged infrastructure issues alongside engineers, facilitated tense stakeholder conversations, and translated technical constraints into business language. I led with both technical depth and the ability to navigate the human side of complex systems.What I Do NowAt DARO, I help nonprofit clients tackle data and tech projects that transform their operations so they can do more good. From discovery interviews to data analysis and prototype development, I bring clear intention and thoughtful care to every email, deck, and system I create.Beyond the Day JobOutside work, I love organizing events for communities I care about. In Prague, I organized over 20 events for Toastmasters and Albanian Expats communities.
