Structuration and management of the \"Industry of the Future\" program, a R&D program aiming to develop, demonstrate and implement disruptive technologies on current product as a derisking step towards future industrial systems - Program involving around 150 people from 6 plants including all industrial fields (and several key industrial partnerships) with a budget of 35 Me per year partially funded by state subsidy (CORAC)- 90 projects aiming to deliver 8 pre-industrial demonstrators to ensure overall performance and technologies maturity before industrialization.Program Scope- Industrial architecture co-development methodologies through system engineering modeling and simulations- Supply chain and shopfloor operation management though digital continuity, data analytic and AI- Breakthrough technologies and process automation for elementary parts manufacturing and aerostructure assembly
