Oversee the day-to-day operations in the Global Security Operations Center Responsible for a team of SOC officers who continuously perform monitoring and triage of collected information and alerts to resolve Configured network interface cards on Network Video Recorder Servers with Hostname, IP, and Gateway records. Perform daily duties of backups, maintenance on applications and OS, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting Configured storage, disk management, logical volume management, and logical partitioning Provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the team as needed for the Global Access Control System in 14 countries. Reviewed network architectural drawings to verify proper adherence to specified standards and functions. Provides direction and assistance with projects to ensure timely completion and security throughout the project. Evaluated, diagnosed and troubleshot systems utilizing local and remote tools and technologies, and perform/schedule repairs as necessary. Assist with designing, planning, and installing new and expanded systems, preparing and updating system configuration documentation as appropriate. Provide system user training and technical support. Oversees enterprise systems security, installs system security software, and related devices monitors security system to identify any breaches, activates procedures and responses to system security issues, and provides recommendations to mitigate risk. Provided technical support to end-users who need assistance utilizing client-level hardware and software. Responsible for day-to-day operational support of localized and enterprise systems for access control and intrusion detection to include custom programming based on system alert notifications, access control, servers, panels, readers, and locking devices. Develop and maintain objectives, trend analysis, metrics and KPIs supporting the department’s strategic direction and continuously improve SOC capabilities
