I am responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience for retail clients leasing in Cadillac Fairview properties across two provinces. This role requires me to thrive at the intersection of client relations, project management, and retail design.Providing timely support throughout the lease lifecycle is imperative. From the early negotiation stages and contributing to the lease scope, to reviewing design and project build-out, I uphold the standards of Cadillac Fairview, the client\'s brand experience, and the lease agreement.The position demands effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including clients, designers, contractors, and legal teams. My goal is to ensure that every project creates value for all involved, fostering successful experiences and building lasting relationships with both internal teams and retail clients.I review and provide constructive feedback on client proposals and designs to maintain exceptional quality across more than 20 projects at any given time. This requires meticulous attention to detail in project documentation, such as contracts and construction drawings. Additionally, I strive to understand both the client\'s business and brand, as well as those of Cadillac Fairview, to foster a collaborative environment.I manage project documentation and communications in accordance with Cadillac Fairview\'s processes and best practices, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles of 4 to 6 months. This includes conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, and minimizing deficiencies.
