I\'m thrilled to be back in a more hands-on role, supporting our current ERP implementation project with data conversion, validation and analysis, and working with the project team to determine the best processes and procedures to implement with the new systems. As we move through the implementation, I\'ll also be working more closely with business personnel, to ensure they\'re able to use the new systems in the most efficient and effective way possible. We\'ll also be looking for more opportunities to automate or make their processes even easier in the future, so they can focus on what matters to them. Fun times!

I teach people who are tired of wasting time on manual Excel work how to create easy-to-refresh data analyses and reports, so they can move on to value-add activities and projects.We capture data daily but rarely optimize reporting and analyses to take advantage of all this information. Microsoft Excel is powerful for distilling it down into meaningful intelligence. I’ve used it for over 20 years (yikes!), and have discovered many useful formulas, functions and tricks I love to share with others. By day, I work with Strike business and IT personnel to create a strong IT backbone and strategic direction; by night (and on weekends!), I teach others how to make their own reports and analyses more efficient and effective. I\'m a geek when it comes to Excel. I love figuring out how it can make life easier, for myself or for others. I delight in enabling people to focus their time and energy on the analysis they need to do their jobs. It\'s awesome to see a light bulb go on when they realize there is a quicker way to do a task or summarize results in Excel. At the end of the day, I think my motto says it all: Live, Learn, Laugh & Excel!
