ABOUT XAVIER L. HENDERSON

My name is Xavier, born in Seattle, WA, and raised in Tacoma. Both cities hold a special place in my heart. Dedicated to motivating, inspiring, and assisting others positively, I\'ve traversed through some tough times.Several years ago, I faced significant challenges—I was a high school dropout, overweight, and homeless. However, a dream and the support of believers ignited a fire within me. Determined to realize my potential, I embarked on a transformative journey.I resolved to pursue higher education and join a college wrestling team. Achieving my GED, shedding 112 pounds, and securing admission to Highline College marked the beginning of my ascent. There, I leveraged my experiences to inspire countless individuals. Graduating as an Academic Scholar and addressing a crowd of at commencement, I earned my AA degree in Communication, topping my class.Subsequently, I was admitted to Washington State University, where I not only joined the wrestling team but also became a 2-time national qualifier. Graduating as an Academic Scholar from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication with a degree in Strategic Communication, I found love and started a family with my wife, Sabrina, and our two sons.Today, I\'m privileged to share insights on self-love, time management, facing adversity, and realizing one\'s potential with thousands of students. My message emphasizes personal development, energy management, and the pursuit of passion program development, leadership, mentoring, content creation and many more things.
