In my role as an Instructional Designer at the Staff Development and Learning (SDL) unit, I\'ve led end-to-end learning design and development, collaborating with stakeholders and experts to deliver tailored eLearning solutions. My projects include key courses like Human Rights Due Diligence Policy, Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion, WASH, Collective Accountability to Affected People, and Migrants in Countries in Crisis initiative. I\'ve analyzed learning needs, designed learning solutions, designed animated videos, and contributed to the standardization of SDL processes, ensuring effective and impactful learning experiences.
