ABOUT XAVIER REYNAERT

With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, I am a passionate and skilled leader, manager, and consultant who thrives on delivering innovative and impactful solutions to customers across the world. As the Solutions Engineering Manager at iObeya, a leading provider of digital visual management software, I lead and manage a talented and diverse team of Solutions Consultants, located in the US, France, and Singapore. I am also a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, with a deep understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies and practices. In my current role, I have been responsible for building and maintaining a dedicated presales task force, while also performing proof of concept demonstrations and discovery workshops, responding to RFPs/RFIs, providing comprehensive training, and contributing to product development based on customer feedback. I leverage my technical understanding, technical sales, and technology sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits and features of iObeya to managers and executives across all levels and industries. I also actively foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within my team and the organization, as well as with our international partners and customers.
