I’m Xavier Reyes, an accomplished Business and Finance professional with a passion for Equity and Inclusion in the world of finance. I’ve gained Operations Management skills through my work experience and enriched my understanding of finance through a rigorous academic journey. A pivotal point in my journey was becoming an alumnus of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. This ignited my commitment to ‘pay it forward’ - a motto that now guides my personal and professional life. Empowered by the resources and support from HSF, I aim to return the favor by mentoring others and creating opportunities for growth. I am passionate about applying my operational skills in a corporate setting, seeking roles that allow me to align efficiency with strategic business objectives. 1. Ups Global Finance Accelerated Career Experience (Ace) Program

   Apr 2025 — Present

   The Global Finance ACE program is a two-year accelerated development program for selected finance employees that aims to cultivate the future leaders of the function and UPS. The program supports the development of leaders by elevating skillsets and increasing breadth of perspective through a series of six-month functional job rotations. Rotations are paired with complementary development, coaching, and training opportunities throughout the duration of the program.
