Within Vehicle Engineering division, leading worldwide team in charge of- Feature Design & Validation on Infotainment, Access & Start, Connectivity and Security- Diagnostics design & validation- System Engineering processes and tools- Functional synthesis on projects (Vehicle Functional Managers, Project Safety Managers and Feature Design leaders)- Worldwide Design Standards and assessments encompassing all regional specificities that need to be applied in a given regionAs global lead my primary concern is to build & structure the team, define organization and global standards, and drive local execution on the projects, with a team of 550 headcounts worldwide (France, Italy, Germany, Morocco, USA, Brazil, India, China)
