In August 2017, after my hours at the Chinese restaurant I worked at went from 80+ to 0, I decided to try freelance work doing what I do best: Writing. But the freelancers I competed with for jobs had Master\'s degrees, extensive relevant work experience, and plenty of references. What did I have? No resume. No references. Just my pen, a silver-tinted tongue, and a moderately advanced way with words. And the ability to write a decent Cover Letter.(Being the most obsessively analytical person in the room also helps)I\'ve filled various Writing-specific roles in numerous industries for independent clients, media outlets, and companies. With Gaming being what I love most, alongside Writing (And spicy tuna rolls and Turkey Hill Graham Slam Ice Cream), I\'ve prioritized work in the gaming industry since 2018, as that\'s where my passion burns brightest.
