About Xavier Flores
I’m a MBA graduate, with majors in both Business Management & Marketing Management in the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, Pleasantville. On top of my core curriculum at Pace, I spent 2 years as Treasurer of my fraternity; managing semesterly and annual budgets and ensured financial stability and freedom. Additionally, I spent one year as the VP of Finance for Student Government where I was responsible for managing the annual student activity budget - allocating resources to various clubs and organizations on campus as well as planning several campus-wide signature events. I spent my senior year trying to restructure and revitalize a student run business through new promotions, management, and operational updates. I spent the two years prior managing a different student run business that became one of the most popular, and profitable on-campus businesses under my leadership. I’m an analytical and logical person who always thinks before I act and plan before I go into action. I like to work and work hard, staying busy is an important part of my life and I try to make every single day count.
