Mr. Hernandez has over 25 years of experience in health, safety, environment, and DOT. Mr. Hernandez is involved in the FMCSA, petroleum, petrochemical, polymer, pharmaceutical, pipeline, and manufacturing industries. His responsibilities have included safety and health management, planning and implementation of DOT and HSE processes, programs, SOP’s accident prevention systems, recordkeeping, and reporting systems for large grass-root, up-grade, and maintenance construction projects.
