Responsible for managing facilities planning, front end engineering, cost estimating, project engineering, implementation & commissioning of the Fermentation-Isolation API Facilities Capital Program following the “Capital Project Appropriation” (CPA) procedures in a timely & safe manner and within the approved budget. Direct engagement of engineering & architectural firms, construction management firms, field engineers and construction contractors. Assisted manufacturing areas management in project scope definition process, presentations to the Project Sponsors and capital justification of projects… Responsible for providing periodic updates of project costs, cash flow forecasts and schedules into the CPM system. Capital Program consists of 60+ projects with forecasted cash flow investment of $5 MM LE for 2017,$15 MM LE for 2018 and $30+MM for 2019 and beyond… Main Projects included in the Program are:• B38 B127 Ferm-Iso Processing Upgrades (OOM $28MM)- Perform necessary equipment replacements related to B38 & B127 unit trains for supply assurance of HP. Major scope items include: Installation of new Flottweg ‘Tricanter’ centrifuge in B38 with ancillary equipment & facilities, construction of new Electrical/IO room & demolition of one existing Eimco and two existing Basket centrifuges at B38 & B127. …• B38 SDNF Replacement & Infrastructure Upgrade (OOM $20MM)– Perform necessary equipment replacements related to B38 unit trains for supply assurance of HP. Major scope items include: Installation of new 6 m² SDNF with ancillary equipment & facilities, relocation of an existing Fermentation Charge Tank, construction of new Electrical/IO room & demolition of existing Nutsche Filter at B38…
