During the past 19 years I have been involved in all phases of the architectural design and construction process on many different project types including custom single family homes, multifamily housing, retail and hospitality projects realized in Ecuador,Venezuela, United States, England, Germany, Japan and CanadaMy experience on these projects included collaborating on and managing all phases of the design from concept on, creating 3D models and renderings, preparing construction documents and specifications, selection of building materials and interior finishes, managing and coordinating the engineering consultant team and tracking budgets and schedules through the construction process. I am a Registered Architect in my native country, Ecuador, and also registered as an Architect AIBC and have completed all the requirements to become an AIA member.We are currently developing projects In Canada and Ecuador.
