I currently lead an engineering team working for a complete Renault car (Kangoo). Goals are to deal with the Product changes that may occur during mass production, due to facelifts and new models, economical challenges, and Quality issues if any. The scope of parts is very large with all metallic structures and doors panels, painting, doors and instrument panels, seats, access control, body sealing, external and internal lighting, bumpers facia front and rear, interior carpets, safety systems.Team consists of around 12 people, including engineers for project management, people for architecture and technical design and others in back office
