I\'m the Partner in charge of Forvis Mazars\' Transaction Services activities in Hauts-de-France. I work for both companies and investment funds, on a buy-side and sell-side basis, in France and internationally. I have advised on more than 90 M&A transactions in the small and mid cap segment, in a variety of sectors. I have also advised a number of companies in break-up situations (IBR, negotiation, etc.).
