ResMed is a medical device company transforming care for those with sleep apnea and other chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Creative Operations is part of the company in-house marketing agency. I project manage creative marketing tactics and activities through development to final delivery. • Successfully project managed multiple new marketing materials for product launches (digital, print and event assets) on in-house marketing agency team. I used the Adobe Workfront software for building project timelines, coordinating team task assignments, and for record keeping. • Led all projects to begin with a discovery discussion regarding requirements, risks, and goals. I would then follow-up with creating project tasks, due dates, and an overall timeline to be shared out. • Assisted with program management to help cross-functional team get organized by identifying communication gaps and guiding the project stakeholders to align on objectives, processes, and responsibilities. • Insured final marketing and sales assets were submitted for Legal, Regulatory, and the Quality Control approval to ensure FDA requirements and legal requirements were upheld.
