I’m a leader who builds practical, scalable systems that help teams grow (without losing the human side).My background spans People strategy, performance management, organizational design, and employee experience, with deep experience partnering with senior leaders through growth, change, and ambiguity. I’m known for bringing structure where it’s needed, coaching leaders with empathy and candor, and using people and operational data to identify trends, close gaps, and drive meaningful improvements.Much of my work has been in mental health and community-based systems, where stakes are high and teams are supporting people in crisis. In those environments, I’ve led performance cycles, built and refined people policies, strengthened leadership capability, and designed programs that balance operational demands with employee well-being. I’ve also partnered closely with external leaders and donors to rebuild trust, aligning stakeholders, and translating people strategy and program outcomes into sustained engagement and funding.At my core, I’m a builder. I enjoy developing scalable people programs from the ground up, improving how teams work together, and creating cultures rooted in clarity, fairness, and care. I thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a thoughtful, data-informed approach to every decision — always keeping the human impact front and center.
