I have spent my career facilitating economic development through various government guaranteed loan programs. It’s my career passion and what I truly love to do, so I am proud to announce the formation of X-Caliber Rural Capital, an affiliate of X-Caliber Commercial Capital, a 25-year HUD and GNMA lender. X-Caliber Rural Capital is a United States Department of Agriculture USDA lender that offers borrowers unique guaranteed loan programs to support a wide scope of assistance to rural small businesses, non-profits, and communities. X-Caliber’s deep expertise in commercial and renewable energy lending will help bring four, specific, national programs that offer loans to individuals, businesses, cooperatives, public bodies, non-profits, native-American tribes, and others with properties located in rural areas. USDA loans provide financing for rural job creation, renewable energy, and social cohesion and are available for new construction, acquisition, and refinance transactions, with loan amounts ranging from to $100MM.
