I\'m a content leader with 15+ years of experience as a journalist, editor, science and tech writer. The former Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning cybersecurity research blog, Malwarebytes Labs, I now write for several security organizations, including RSA Conference and the Cybercrime Support Network. Currently serving as the EIC of Cyber Security Content & Strategy for The Foundry @ Dotdash Meredith, a prestigious content and design studio owned by the nation\'s top digital publisher, I write and edit security content for Bank of America and Merrill (Lynch). In 2020, I was one of three finalists for B2C Content Marketer of the Year at the Content Marketing Awards and was shortlisted for the Women in IT “Rising Star” Award in 2018. Earlier in my career as an editor in educational technology (edtech), I helped create a proprietary learning management system and developed science, tech, engineering, and math (STEM) content for K-8 educational apps. In addition, I was a contributing writer for The National Wildlife Federation’s Zoodino series. In a previous life, I worked as an editor at a national dance magazine and published 12 books on dance, hip-hop history, and culture for Capstone Press.
