ABOUT WYOMESH TRIPATHI

No inherited brief. No family name at the Bar. Just a Supreme Court enrollment card earned on merit, AIR 64 at DU Law entrance.I am a first-generation advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the District Courts. My work sits at the intersection of constitutional litigation, civil law, and the kind of cases that rarely come with a roadmap.Before law, I completed a BSc in Information Technology from Kumaun University. That background shaped how I think: systematically, with an eye for how systems work and where they break. That lens now applies to courtrooms and policy documents equally.Outside litigation, I am building toward the law-policy interface. I have worked with the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies at Lok Sabha, written on population policy and governance, and founded SARGA, an environmental society that I started during law school and which continues today.I believe the most consequential legal work happens when advocates understand not just what the law says, but why it was written, and what it fails to address.If you work in policy, governance, legal reform, or public interest law, I would like to connect.
