In-depth engagement with providers from across the sector (long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and home health) for the purpose of providing the Board of Directors a report on the impact of COVID-19 on the sector, along with actionable recommendations for the BC Ministry of Health. Reviewed by six senior researchers from across Canada, the report emphasizes the systemic issues within the sector and the need for collaboration among government and providers. The report will be discussed during BC Care Providers Association’s Care to Chat event on November 27, 2020.
