A Safety Specialist with 15+ years of experience in both Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Emergency Management. I am uncompromising on safety, ethics and compliance, with a strong passion for Public Safety. Through my years of experience, I have developed a strong skill set in training, facilitation, and management of full scale workplace and public safety incidents, inclusive of coordination of response & recovery services required for quick and efficient scene management, as well as delivery of post-incident psychological supports to responders. I pride myself in the practical and effective application of workplace and public safety solutions. I am a helper by nature. I have always found fulfillment in helping others, so it is fitting that I began my career as a First Responder before transitioning into health & safety. With my passion for teaching and helping people, I’ve been able to teach people to save others, and through my career in health & safety, I’ve taught people to save themselves. I have been fortunate to share my experiences with audiences throughout the country to inspire and motivate others to strive for operational safety excellence.
