About Wynchester Whetten
As a management consultant, I help clients around the globe deliver on the promise of innovation through business strategy, process design and improvement, and product lifecycle management. I get most excited about helping clients go from having a seemingly insurmountable problem or foreign territory to taking ownership as we develop their own expertise of the subject together. Prior to becoming a management consultant my work spanned several technical industries including semiconductor manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, oil and gas process optimization, and supply chain management. When I’m not working I can often be found scuba diving, chasing shipwrecks, sharks, and turtles. I spend my summers camping and hiking every weekend, and my flights reading as many e-books as I can download.Specialties: analysis, project consulting, problem solving, engineering, process improvement, business strategy.
