Google Beam (formerly Project Starline) is an AI-first 3D video communication platform. Embedded with the internal testing team, I own program operations, fleet health, and UX research support at scale- Led end-to-end program management for Google Beam\'s internal testing program, overseeing a fleet of 20 hardware stations across the Google campus- Designed and delivered onboarding and training programs for Google employees, creating a scalable certification process adopted by HP and Zoom for their own testing rollouts- Authored SOPs that enabled two external hardware partners to independently stand up and operate parallel testing programs—directly accelerating the product\'s commercial readiness- Partnered with UX Research to design and support diary studies with multiple cohorts, surfacing qualitative insights that fed directly into product and design decisions- Served as the primary liaison between engineering and testing program participants to triage, document, and drive resolution on Google Beam and Google Calendar product bugs.
