I’m a father, immigrant, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor to boards and executive teams across Canada. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, inclusive culture, analytics, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence.As CEO of Inclusivity, I help organizations improve performance by building inclusive cultures, strengthening leadership accountability, and leveraging data to drive systems-level change. I’m also the founder of Vital AI, a venture focused on harnessing artificial intelligence to boost business productivity and address Canada’s national productivity challenges.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve supported leaders in public, nonprofit, and corporate sectors through complex organizational transformation. My background includes consulting across industries like marine, transportation, and construction, leading initiatives in technology, process improvement, and change management.I’ve been nationally recognized for developing tools and methodologies to measure inclusion and performance. I hold a BSc in Engineering, an MBA, a Certificate in Executive Leadership (Oxford Saïd Business School), and certifications in Change and Project Management (PMP).I serve on the Regional Board of the Nature Conservancy of Canada, the University of Victoria’s Impact Investing Advisory Council, and co-founded the Yemeni Canadian Society of BC.
