About Wyatt Larkin
I am an attorney at Kline & Specter, PC, representing victims of catastrophic injury, defective products, medical malpractice, sex abuse, and civil rights violations. My commitment to helping people through the civil justice system goes back to the mom-and-pop law firm I grew up in. My dad was a solo plaintiff’s trial attorney and my mom was his paralegal, working for 30+ years on behalf of victims of employment discrimination in Arizona. After graduating from the Johns Hopkins University, I worked on Capitol Hill as one of the early social media professionals in Congress and later as a speechwriter for Senator Mark Warner of Virginia. For my first year of law school I attended U.C. Berkeley, remotely from my apartment in Philadelphia over Zoom during the heart of the COVID lockdowns. There, I had the serendipitous experience of learning Torts from Shanin Specter, co-founder of the Philadelphia-based firm where I now practice. I was fortunate to do well my first year and then transferred to Harvard Law School. At HLS, I was active in the Harvard Plaintiff\'s Law Association and the Journal of Law and Technology. After graduating in 2023, I returned to Philadelphia and joined Kline & Specter. My current practice includes Section 1983 civil rights, defective products, toxic tort, catastrophic auto accidents, institutional sex abuse, and medical malpractice cases, as well as related post-trial and appellate work. I\'m also currently pursuing an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy through Temple University\'s Beasley School of Law. If you or someone you know has been injured, please feel free to reach out.
