ABOUT WYATT PATTERSON
I recently graduated from the Joseph R. Biden School of Public Policy and Administration and College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Delaware with honors bachelors degrees in Public Policy and Women and Gender Studies. I am currently pursuing a 4+1 Masters in Public Administration. I founded the nonprofit advocacy group March For Our Lives Delaware in 2018 to address the issue of gun violence in our state. Alongside survivors and activists, including the students from Parkland, we called on our federal, state, and local governments to act. During my years as State Organizing Director, the Delaware General Assembly passed a significant package of gun violence prevention legislation in alignment with our proposals. I currently serve as a Legislative Fellow for the House Majority Caucus in the Delaware General Assembly, where I staff committee hearings and conduct policy research and analysis.
