As part of assessing the needs of local Tennessee governments, proactively developed relationships with local agents and brokers.• Efficiently manage and establish relationships with more than 300 accounts year-round, including renewals, endorsements, and issuing certificates.• Manage the Property, Liability, and Worker’s Comp renewals of 214 policies during a single month while maintaining and completing my other duties.• As a company, we write the business for over 95% of all municipalities in Tennessee.• Attend conferences and board meetings to expand my knowledge of the insurance industry through various perspectives.
