ABOUT WYATT BREUM
While working as an owner, project manager and superintendent for nearly 30 years and having built over 2 million square feet of single family, multi-family, flex, industrial, medical, educational and retail space; Wyatt brings a proven track record of successfully assembling teams and delivering large, complex projects. He has spent more than 25 years in the Denver area building lasting relationships with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.A few of his past clients include the State of Colorado, Raytheon Corporation, Ardent Mills, Nissan Corporation, Lockheed Martin, United Launch Alliance, FEDEX and Littleton Public Schools.Wyatt is currently the lead project superintendent on the Aracelli DTC project. A 12 story multi-family podium project located in the Denver Technology Center. The building encompasses nearly SF, multiple amenity areas, a pool deck and 236 units on 9 floors of structural steel framing over a 3 floor post tensioned concrete parking structure.If he isn’t at the job site you can find him with his family enjoying all the outdoors have to offer.
