I am a rising junior at Washington and Lee University, majoring in accounting and math with a minor in data science. I am also a member of the varsity track and cross country teams at Washington and Lee. My academic interests lie in the intersection of statistics and finance, and I plan to continue taking courses that deepen my involvement in those areas.Career-wise, I am excited to enter the finance/data industries, where I can leverage my background in statistics to bring a data-driven perspective to financial decision-making and analysis.

1. Digital Payment Analysis Intern

   This summer, I have worked on building out a global payment analysis tool designed to streamline vendor comparisons and fee transparency. I have designed and implemented a flexible data model capable of capturing nuanced payment details, from cross-border and FX fees to gateway functions, refund/reversal distinctions, and pricing model types. I proposed and incorporated over 15 enhancements, enabling better visibility into contract terms, merchant status, installment structures, and fee source reliability.I have also collaborated with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, from Mexico to Australia to the Americas, coordinating input and aligning data standards to ensure consistency across international markets.
