This role involves coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of calibration service and repair technicians, delivering exceptional service, supporting sales efforts, and meeting key performance targets.o Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, text, and social channels, providing detailed service and product information.o Scheduling Coordination: Manage and coordinate the scheduling for onsite and in-house service and repair activities, including the availability of required equipment/standards.o Dispatching: Coordinate calibration service and repair technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Monitor and update the customer if an event changes the previously communicated schedule (e.g, traffic delays, earlier service taking longer, etc.)o Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer profile data, interactions, and transactions, including new customer setup. o Issue Resolution: Assist in promptly resolving customer complaints and issues.o Performance Goals: Achieve key performance objectives set by the company.o Order Management: Process orders and coordinate with other departments for timely delivery.o Sales Support: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.o Collaboration: When needed, work with cross-functional teams, including sales, calibration, and repair technicians, to help ensure first-contact satisfaction for our customers.
