I\'ve been an IT professional since 1995, working in the healthcare information technology industry, mainly within Epic clinical and revenue-cycle applications.My professional highlights include:EMR implementation, project management, ambulatory and inpatient process redesign, training and education (Radiant, EpicCare, Prelude, Cadence, OpTime and Resolute Professional Billing modules), system build/data courier and curriculum documentation for training, including presentations, end user manuals and job aids. I\'ve been involved in multiple instances of conversion planning and execution. I am Epic-certified in Cadence, EpicCare Ambulatory, OpTime and Radiant applications, all current with NVTs and 2025 CEEs complete. I attended the week-long Anesthesia training at Epic headquarters in Madison in 2012 but just never got around to completing my project and exam. I was v. busy.In closing, I have excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving experience, pretty decent interpersonal and communication skills, strong end-user and client liaison expertise, and a demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently. I\'m a great leader. I make a gorgeous job aid/tip sheet. I can multitask like a star, and have you ever seen me at a go-live?
