Acting as a Technical Specialist in Logistics & Supply Chain, I support a cross-section of HSSMI clients. Many of these are in their journey of clean energy transition and electrification. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Manufacturing Logistics (Battery manufacturing, Automotive Warehousing & Automation). • Battery Gigafactory (IND/UK) facility: Input into Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for internal material flow and equipment selection from dock to door. Scope included Automated warehousing, AGV’s and Material Handling (Conveyors, MHE).• Module & Pack facility (UK): Feasibility study for commercial vehicle manufacturer transitioning into full electrification (BEV). Scope included facility design, Automated warehousing, AGV’s and Material Handling. Operational logistics requirements were also identified on the existing site.• Hybrid Aircraft manufacturer (EU): Feasibility study for hybrid aircraft manufacturer transitioning in the industrialization of their prototypes aircraft. Scope included facility design, Automated warehousing, AGV’s and Material Handling. Operational logistics requirements were also identified providing Capex and Opex costs to support the business case.• Construction vehicle battery manufacturer (UK): Supported start-up organization on a review of their fixings strategy. Developed logistics opportunities to optimize inventory, material flow and error proofing of material placements.
