Mr. Troutman\'s expertise includes regulatory compliance for consumer products, food, cosmetics, and automotive parts; compliance and enforcement for chemicals and pesticides; manufacturing and supply contracts and related agreements; ESG strategies, business and human rights, and ESG disclosures; and Superfund, environmental regulation, and ESG issues in transactions.He earned his JD from the University of Southern California Law School and his BA from Northwestern University.
