ABOUT WILL TINGEY

I am an Area Manager for Savills, a leading global real estate service provider, with over 10 years of experience in the cleaning services industry. I have a degree in Business Management. My core competencies include operational management, customer service, retail, budget control, staff development, and quality assurance. I am responsible for overseeing the cleaning services across a portfolio of retail shopping centres in the south of England, ensuring service delivery, client satisfaction, and health and safety standards. I also support the centres with daily operational challenges, HR, management guidance, and process management. Previously, I was a Site Manager at Churchill, where I managed the cleaning contract for an exclusive retail shopping centre with a cost of £1 million annually. I improved the on-site KPI from 76% to 93% over a 6-month period, facilitated monthly client review meetings, and maintained full accountability for the P&L of the contract. Before that, I was an Account Manager at Churchill Contract Services, where I managed the overnight cleaning service for Siemens trains across the midlands region, covering seven sites and 95 employees.
