In my current role I am the CEO and sit on the Board of Directors of Leaders Group Holdings LLC, a global B2B Sports, Esports, and Gaming information services business. We provide market intelligence, analytics, events, media, and networking to the industry via our market-leading brands including the Sports Business Journal, Sports Business Daily, Leaders, Newzoo and The Esports Observer.In my prior role I was a Group President leading CEB/Gartner’s global SaaS and Technology Enabled Services businesses ($350M annual revenues, 22% EBITDA, team of 1,400 across six product lines). We enabled corporate leaders to maximize talent investments by applying the same level of rigor to talent decisions as they do other corporate assets. This included oversight of CEB/Gartner’s broad set of talent-related businesses, including selection and assessment, talent planning and analytics, workforce surveys, performance management, and executive development.By starting with the customer challenge and then working back to product solutions, my teams leverage software, research, and data to build subscription-based services.
