About William Swinton

A security, risk and program management executive leader with deep experience in the full spectrum of safety and security planning, training and operations. My strengths include strategic planning, operational delivery and executive leadership. Currently leading all security training for Inter-Con’s multiple armed guarding contracts across the US and most recently providing risk management and security advice to the international NGO community, I have previously developed the most profitable corporate P&L account in my former role with a prime security contractor, led the largest overseas security contract ever awarded by the US DoD, and designed and managed the high threat training for over security personnel for the US Government- Previously the VP of Training Services responsible for delivering large volume high threat mobile and static protective security services training worldwide for a range of clients including the US Gov. Currently in a similar role for a different prime security contractor delivering services to the US Gov- Previously the corporate Quality Management lead and PSC1/ISO Compliance Director for the development of all policies, processes and procedures, and operational excellence with a US security and risk management company- Previously the Project Director of Project MATRIX the largest DoD security contract in Iraq, and more recently the \'start up\' Project Director of Project SYMPHONY responsible for planning, training and leading this large DoD security contract with personnel providing security support services to OSC-I, the DoD\'s enduring Train and Assist mission in Iraq as well as being the General Manager for Aegis Defence Services in Iraq- A former British Army officer with 26 years active duty including command of a regular infantry battalion and service in the Pentagon as an UK Liaison Officer to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
