They are capital allocation and operational strategy decisions.I advise industrial occupiers, developers, and investors on complex real estate initiatives involving acquisitions and dispositions, site selection, land acquisition, development feasibility, and large-scale lease execution.My work spans the full lifecycle of industrial projects, including:• Tenant representation and renewal vs. relocation strategy• Acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions for industrial assets• Corporate site selection and expansion planning• Industrial land sourcing, including off-market opportunities• Infrastructure and power-intensive site analysis• Development underwriting and build-to-suit strategy• Pre-leasing and lease-up execution for new developmentsMany of the projects I work on involve logistics, manufacturing, and power-intensive operations where infrastructure availability, timing, and market positioning are critical.For occupiers, I help create leverage through strategic planning and ensuring real estate decisions align with long-term operational and capital objectives.For developers and investors, I assist with identifying opportunities, underwriting risk, evaluating infrastructure and entitlement constraints, and positioning projects for successful absorption.I serve as Vice Chair and Principal with the Colliers, and help run our Industrial team in Houston. I hold the SIOR designation and have consistently been recognized as a top producer within the firm. My background includes over a decade of industrial brokerage experience advising companies and capital partners both throughout the Gulf Coast region and nationally.
