Thanks for stopping by!I\'m currently a Content Design Lead on the Trust & Security Team at JPMorgan Chase. My trade is in “the words,” but my focuses is always the end-to-end user journey — in equal partnership with my design and research teammates. I Believe: The balance between business and customer needs is a dance not a competition, where both must be met. Accessibility is a core UX component, not a nice-to have. And understanding the user’s mental model is key to a successful experience. My past adventures include running a startup, a deep dive in the nonprofit world, a tenure in the music industry, and working with big names, like JWT, TIAA and AOL. I’ve developed staff, managed vendors, and worked effectively as a member of a large team and as an individual contributor.    Lead content strategy and development for Trust & Security products that protect customers and the firm from fraud-and-scam loss, including passkeys, FIDO2 enabled cards, trusted device, and RSA tokens. Create credentialing and authentication flows, building customer confidence through transparency, while minimizing friction and confusion. Develop and maintain Trust & Security Language Guide, to drive clear, consistent experiences that guide and educate customers without burying them in the jargon of credentials, identity, and authentication. Work with legal partners across multiple lines of business to quickly resolve compliance issues. Coach and mentor less-experienced content designers. Serve as an accessibility subject-matter expert for the content team, advising teammates and consulting on projects. Previously managed content portfolios for Payments and Self-Directed Investing.
