   I am an atmospheric scientist. Air pollution is my business. My goal is to protecting people\'s health and environment while growing our economy. If it has a tailpipe or a smokestack - or if it replaces one - I\'ve probably worked on it. I work to understand and control criteria, toxic, and greenhouse gas pollution. My specialty is pollution from transportation. My work addresses all aspects of air pollution, at the source, in the atmosphere, to the lung and for the global climate. I have worked on these issues as a consultant at ICF for more than 20 years. My roles have included researcher, analyst, developer, modeler, programmer, quality assurance, scientific/engineering specialist, peer reviewer, business development, trainer, staff development, principal investigator, community outreach, project development and management, program development support, and contract management. I regularly perform and direct technical analyses for emissions inventories, pollutant dispersion, public health risk and exposure, and pollution mitigation analysis. I specialize in quantitative analyses and helping my clients understand and navigate complex issues. My clients include federal, state, and local governments, nonprofits, and industry.
