   In the latest part of my journey with Fidelity, I am part of a new company segment looking to unify all branches of the Fidelity ecosystems together, working as a design lead.• Our piece of that new segment includes 5 other immediate members of UX (UXD / UXR / UX Dev / UXC), and we all support 4 development teams that are all actively working. • Before my current position, we evolved work on the Status Tracking team. Instead of onboarding new requests to track, we gathered our feedback from production over the years and prioritized our top enhancements to make the experience better for the future.• I helped with business and technical analysis of what it would take to rebuild the application and work at scale across many experiences. • I also helped development teams set up a platform built to help build experiences that work across channels (web and native were the primary focus). • I supported by: – Defining common transaction patterns used across many transactions - comparing patterns across web and native experiences. – If or when we found a new pattern that may be needed, we would rationalize and define that new pattern and potential component(s) required. – Helping individual development teams build on the platforms, defining their applications, and helping them through the build process.
