I also advise businesses and entrepreneurs.My sector expertise includes hotels, leisure, healthcare and water finance. I have previously worked in-house at NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland and whilst in private practice was seconded to Banco Santander SA as London general counsel.Notwithstanding my sector expertise and in-house experience, my practice includes origination areas such as acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate banking as well as \'bad book\' restructurings and work outs.
