Responsible for the direction of operational and security event related functions at Budweiser Stage & RBC Echo Beach (no longer in operation), Live Nation owned and operated venues) as well as additional third party venues hosting Live Nation produced events (Scotiabank Arena, Rebel etc.)-Development and management of relationships with external stakeholders, including local police departments, bylaw enforcement, Hotel X, Exhibition Place, Ontario Place, the AGCO, Metrolinx, other government entities and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment to ensure safe operations of all live events in the area-Cost analysis of year over year salary impact and financial forecasting for departments-Drafting of staff deployments, crowd management plans and execution of emergency management plans for event operations- Advance calls with all touring acts to establish security parameters for their upcoming shows-Select, train and manage the relationship of third-party vendors, including but not limited to security, medical, and canine detection services-Development and delivery of security guidelines and training programs for in-house, third party and shareholder partners- Oversight of 250+ employees and third party vendors on event days- Drafting and distribution of day of show event detail sheets for all departments- Acting General Manager when they are not present
