Software testing and quality engineering leader with over 15 years’ experience advising financial services organisations on the delivery of complex technology and business transformation programmes. My focus is helping organisations move quality earlier in the delivery lifecycle by embedding strong QA strategy, modern test practices, and increasingly AI-assisted testing approaches that improve speed, coverage, and insight across large programmes.In a recent engagement, I led a multi-geographical QA organisation of 70+ specialists, defining and delivering the test strategy, governance, and execution model for large-scale transformation programmes. My work spans enterprise test strategy, UAT leadership, agile delivery models, and scaling QA practices across large delivery teams.Alongside traditional testing leadership, I actively explore how Generative AI and LLM tools can enhance testing workflows, including:• AI-assisted generation of test scenarios and edge cases from user stories and requirements• Using LLMs to support exploratory testing and test design• Applying AI to analyse defects, identify quality patterns, and improve test coverage• Experimenting with AI-augmented approaches to accelerate QA activities across large delivery teamsI am particularly interested in helping organisations modernise their QA capability by combining strong testing discipline with emerging technologies such as AI to deliver faster, more adaptive, and higher-quality software delivery.
