Duties included, outsourcing in-house fund accounting functions and reallocating custody asset across multiple top-tier service providers. Also led an oversight optimization project, creating a best in class oversight program. Played a lead role in the service provider selection (full lifecycle). A process that included business case development, RFP issuance and scoring, due diligence, service level development, fee benchmarking, op model development, and implementation.• Co-Led a global program management office responsible for a middle and back office lift-out conversion for T. Rowe Price. The program consisted of 18 work-streams. Responsibilities included the development and coordination of project planning and the communications of up to date and accurate information to key stakeholders. Provided the organization that ensured issues were raised and resolved within an established governance structure. Led the development of the Oversight program. • Served as project lead for T. Rowe Price, conducting a due diligence effort to support the strategic decision to outsource both their middle and back office operations. Assessed service provider competencies in multiple product lines and operational proficiencies, as well as technology capabilities. Facilitated RFP process and evaluated responses against key decision criteria.• Led a global program management office responsible for converting custody, fund accounting, fund administration, securities lending and transfer agency for Dimensional Fund Advisors across five countries. Coordinated and executed all activities between new service providers, the client, and their outsourced middle office provider.
